Greetings!

In March 2007 FotoTechnika Fine Art Imaging celebrated 20 years of full-time service to the fine art, graphic art and photographic communities. .In 1987 we began serving metropolitan Jacksonville and within a few short years we had customers from all over the country. Today, our core market is primarily the Southeast within 200 miles of Jacksonville, especially since production of our fine art giclées work best with direct artist involvement. In this digital age, however, file transfer technology (FTP), allows us to accept digital files for many of our other products from practically anywhere.

It seems like we just debuted our website several months ago - WRONG - it was back in 2004. (Time flies when you're having fun!) Along with a new look, we've added descriptions of new products and services like FotoGiclées (Epson giclées especially suitable for nature and fine art photography and historic print reproduction), Décor Art Prints (volume canvas and watercolor prints) and Fotobilia (fine art and photographic extras that help our customers further market their limited edition prints), but we haven't thrown the baby out with the bath water. Many services that have brought us success over the years are still available. We still process film, shoot copy slides, and we even play in the darkroom from time to time, always with the intent of sharpening our focus on fine art imaging and historic print restoration. We've also revised our price list (where all of our services are listed). We changed the format by turning it on its side to make it easier to read from a computer (far easier than turning a monitor on its side), but we didn't change our sense of playfulness, so beware of occasional silliness, especially in the glossary.

We're gradually adding features that weren't on our previous website: our Scrapbook, John's Journal (called Blah, Blah, Blagh), a file transfer link (ftp) specifically designed to handle large files, a downloadable version of a promotional DVD we created called "Evolution of Solution," and an on-line gallery of digitally archived images that can be printed on demand for your purchase featuring the works of some of the artists, photographers and historians who regularly use our services.

We hope you will enjoy your visit. Feel free to email us or call us at (904) 356-2503 if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

FotoTechnika Crew
