If you have navigated your way around our website, you may be starting to understand why we at FotoTechnika Fine Art Imaging call ourselves a hybrid photofinishing and digital printmaking facility. We do many things, and the things that we do, we strive to do well. We don't attempt to be everything to everybody; our desire is to maintain superior quality and personal service as our hallmarks.
We have listed a variety of digital output services, but many of the more traditional services we offered when the lab began in the 1980s are still available today and are presented in detail in our price list. While constantly moving ahead with cutting edge technology, we still plan to continue using tried-and-true processes as long as materials and machinery are available. FotoTechnika is the only commercial lab in the Coastal North Florida/South Georgia region which regularly processes true B&W, E6 and C41 films in sizes from 35mm to 4x5 sheet film. A variety of traditional photographic copy and duplicating services for slide submission to galleries and juried competitions are also offered; and FotoTechnika can still produce hand-enlarged, tray-processed B&W prints up to 16 x 20 from negative film using darkroom skills honed over the last three decades.
We also have several items that are mentioned throughout the website that aren't specifically referenced in the price list, for example: Foto Posters, Foto Business Cards, Foto Counter Cards, Foto Invitations, Foto Collages, Foto Envelope Stuffers, Restored Reproductions and Coffee Table Books using ArtZ albums with Crane's Museo II pages. Portions of the pricing of all of the aforementioned items are listed in our print services sections, but in most cases they also require computer layout, retouching, clean-up or manipulation and in some cases specialized scanning. These jobs are usually estimated in advance after the customer has had an opportunity to describe their desired finished product to our staff. There are also processes that we can still produce from days gone by, such as custom color enlarging, but due to the fact that photo paper is dated material with a limited shelf life, these processes are by special order only and prices include full boxes of paper for sizes requested.
